We do not charge fees to process applications
Other potential considerations:
-- Proof of rental history (Copy of lease, payments)
-- Landlord reference(s)
-- Experian Credit check: Approved credit is 740+, Credit scores between 620-739 may require an additional deposit
Tenants should expect to pay all utilities, maintain yard and frig/washer/dryer
